Our team established a sustainable collaboration with local schools in the Hrazdan River basin communities in Armenia. The students are using bioindication methods to assess the ecological condition of the river. In cooperation with school teachers, we aim to engage local communities in ecosystemservices assessment and contribute to project-based learning.
EcoServ project is funded by Austrian Partnership Programme in Higher Education & Research for Development and implemented by the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU), Yerevan State University, and the Scientific Center of Zoology and Hydroecology NAS RA.
